Seacoast Hospice Turns to the Internet to Offer More to Patients
GREENLAND, New Hampshire, March 3 // Founded by volunteers in 1978, Seacoast Hospice is the only independent, non-profit hospice in New Hampshire. Their team wanted to offer more resources to patients and their families.
